Who am I?
My name is Eirini. I grew up in Thessaloniki and later moved to Athens to study photography. A few years ago, life brought me to the Netherlands, where new landscapes and new kinds of light continue to shape the way I see. My first camera—a small Yashica my father gave me when I was about twelve—opened the door to a world I didn’t know how to describe in words. Since then, a camera has never been far from my hands. What inspires me most is light. How it touches a wall, slips between buildings, softens a face, or transforms the familiar into something entirely new. I try to keep my images honest and close to the moment; I’ve never been drawn to heavy manipulation or dramatic exaggeration. Through this blog, I share the way I look at the world— small stories, fleeting scenes, familiar places seen differently.
